As someone who struggles with their joints/muscles/movement for medical reasons Sally always gives adaptions or options if I can’t quite manage certain things without being judgemental and also makes you feel inclusive.
Even my consultant is encouraged to see the range of movement I’ve managed to maintain through certain flare ups.
Apart from the physical side it helps mentally - giving you space for you to just “be” and breathe/relax and make time for yourself.

She is encouraging and intuitive in her approach and there is always something for everyone in class. The space at Riverside is perfect for yoga classes and I’ve really felt the benefits of stretches, breathwork and learning to meditate on both my physical and mental wellbeing. I feel stronger and more flexible than before and at the end of a class feel both energised yet calm. I have the best night of sleep of the week after yoga on Mondays!
