Welcome to 'Finding my Sense of Me'

A September Reset 28 day Challenge.

Starts with the New Moon in Virgo on Tuesday 7th September with a BONUS evening yoga class on Monday 6th September

 Ready to reset?

This challenge is about making a daily commitment to discovering and honoring your sense of YOU - your true, complete and whole self.

In alignment with the New Moon in Virgo, this challenge will help you to set up habits to support your health and wellbeing, for this month and also ongoing.

Each week will focus on a theme, and we will embody that theme through daily live meditation and movement, with morning and evening options, all online from the comfort of your own home.

With that ‘back to school’ feeling and Autumn Equinox feeling, join us to honour the turn in seasons, as well as to honour our deep and innate cyclical wisdom.

So what’s included?

Daily Movement Meditation

From Monday to Friday each week, I will host a 30-minute session via Zoom at 7.30 am UK Time. This will vary between breathwork, movement and meditation. Please note, a recording will not be provided, but there will be an option to upgrade to receive all recordings. If you are in my membership, you will automatically receive all recordings on the members’ page.

The zoom session will open five minutes early, and will start at 7.30am sharp. Please don’t be late, otherwise I won’t be able to admit you to the Zoom room! (it’s OK if you need to leave a few moments early because of other commitments).

Weekly Writing Ritual

Each week on Sunday, you’ll receive a love note in your inbox with some writing and journalling prompts for each theme of the week. Even if you have never journalled before or wrote in this way, you’ll be gently guided and supported. This is a fantastic way to start the week intentionally and to see what’s going on for you beneath the surface, you’ll be amazed what can come up.

Weekly Yoga Classes

Each Monday, you'll have access to an hour long Hatha Vinyasa yoga class from 7.30pm-8.30pm.

So that’s four classes…

Monday 6th September

Monday 13th September

Monday 20th September

Monday 27th September

Shake the Dust

This is a transformative and embodied practice of the bodyheartmind. With shaking, jumping, dancing, intuitive movement (some yoga sometimes too), pilates, somatics and body weight training, not to mention a kick ass carefully curated playlist, this class is designed for anyone but especially yogis and will at best deliver a cathartic release, a great workout, SWEAT and a strong, resilient body.

10am-11am Monday, September 20, 2021 – Full Moon class

6pm-7pm Wednesday, September 22, 2021 – Full Moon and Autumn Equinox class

Yin Yoga – Harnessing our Cyclical Energy and Finding Stillness

Yin yoga is a style of yoga with poses that are held for longer periods of time. Three to five minutes or longer per pose is typical. Yin yoga is a great practice for providing space and time for the mind and body to release, and also for stretching the connective tissues around the joints. We'll also be exploring different styles of meditation to help settle our minds and diminish the stress and anxiety that can build up in our lives. This class will end with the special practice of yoga nidra, which translates as 'yogic sleep'. This is a restful and effortless yoga practice which you can't get wrong! It has many benefits for the different layers of ourselves - physical, emotional and mental. Yoga Nidra allows for deep relaxation and leaves us with a deepened sense of restored vitality and balance. With space to reflect and restore - we are all cyclical beings and sometimes we need time to remember that!

Wednesday September 22nd 7.30-9pm - Full Moon and Autumn Equinox class

“I first started in-person classes with Sally around a year ago whilst looking for a local Vinyasa based practice. During lockdown it was a blessing to have her online classes to attend each week. Sally’s classes are always welcoming, challenging and have a holistic approach with an in-depth knowledge of yoga philosophies. I always finish class feeling so much more calm and relaxed than before.”
— Anna Porteous
Sally is a lovely teacher, her voice is very relaxing & calming! I had been looking at Yoga for a while, however as I was very stiff and not exercised for a while I didn’t think I would be able to do it, but just after a couple of weeks and Sally’s help I could touch my toes and feel very happy and relaxed.
— Linda Jones
“Sally’s classes are the right balance of all the things I love about yoga...stretching, strengthening, flowing and relaxing, all in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.”
— Chloe Allan
I have been part of Sally’s Yoga and Wellness membership since January 2020 and I have loved all Sally has to offer. I live overseas and during Covid Sally’s classes were a welcome refuge during uncertain times. As part of the membership I have been able to join live classes, access recorded classes and review her informative workshops. The membership has suited me due to it’s flexibility and variety of options. The classes live and recorded are varied and suit all levels and needs. Sally is a wonderful, caring and compassionate teacher who goes above and beyond teaching a set of moves. During her classes I feel a sense of belonging, relief and she makes me giggle just when I need it due to her lovely sense of humour. Sally listens to clients and offers what they need to meet individual goals and does it in a professional and supportive manner. I love the variety of content offered in her classes and Shake the Dust is a wonderful way to both connect with myself, listen to a fabulous music playlist and let go. Something that is much needed during uncertain times. I highly recommend Sally’s membership no matter where you are in the world and what your current needs are you won’t be disappointed.
— Claire Roper

Total value?

£199

But I am offering this to you (as a one-time offer) for

£56 for 28 days of content

Why this price?

This equates to £2 a day. I believe in you, and that means that I believe that you are truly committed to your own wellbeing in September. See this investment like your monthly gym membership to reset not only your body, but your mind and your soul. This is also the equivalent to some regular food shops for some families, or an amount of money which you wouldn’t think twice about spending on a new dress. This is a reminder that investing in yourself is one of the best investments you will ever make. Not everyone can commit to hundreds or thousands or pounds - I get that. But I truly believe in your investment of £2 a day - if you are fully committed to an investment and not on the fence about something, or not even sure if you can do something free you’ve signed up for, you will make an effort to prioritise the time so that you feel you have got great value from our time together.

This is for those who are ready to find themselves again, and to prioritise that time, because I promise you, it’s SO worth it.

There is an opportunity to upgrade for access to all recordings to do whenever you like for an extra £28. You can also upgrade to include a 1:1 coaching session with me. During this time we can really zone in together on what’s going on for you right now and I will support you with my training as a women’s health coach and an intuitive life coach.

 Giveaway Details!

Now for the fun part: if you show up to at least 75% of the classes on offer (that’s 21 in total), and share about the challenge on social media, you'll be entered to win three months in my wellbeing collective (worth £147) and a private session with me (worth £75). Make sure to tag @wellnesswithsally, and use the hashtag #findingmysenseofme.

Meet your Host

Dr. Sally Eccleston

I am both a psychologist and yoga teacher, as well an as educator and coach. I help women to flourish and be in the best health. My focus is on how the mind, body and soul work together to help bring you back into balance.

I have used the practices I teach to make massive shifts in my own life. I have equipped myself with a toolkit of self-care so that I always have something to put into place on the days of stress and overwhelm. I want to share this with you, to help guide you, nurture you, support you and empower you to do the same.

My style caters for individuals who are ready to build their strength and mobility in a nurturing way and develop their understanding of yoga as so much more than a physical practice.

I combine my years of study and training in western psychology and the eastern spiritual approach of yoga to enhance your wellbeing, so that you can access them anytime you wish.

FAQ

What device do I need to use to watch live and recorded workouts?

Any smartphone or computer device, for example: iPhone, iPad or a laptop. Recorded workouts are best viewed in landscape.

What support will I get?

You’ll get regular emails of support and Sally will be on hand via email and also in her Facebook community Wellness for Women.

I’m worried about the exercise aspect, what do you advise?

This is not just focusing on the body, this is also focusing on the mind and soul. So many people forget that mindset is such a huge part of any reset. We jump on the bandwagon of a fad diet or have an inconsistent relationship with the gym. My best advice is to listen to your body, and wherever possible, stay with us in the class. We will be practicing with body weight and some classes will involve stretching and a much more chilled approach to mindful movement.

I’m worried I’ll get to the end of the month and give up!

Don’t worry - my wellbeing collective membership is here for you. I will provide some information about signing up to my membership towards the end of the challenge, and you’ll also have the option of doing affordable drop in classes online or in person if you’re nearby to me.
