I have been part of Sally’s Yoga and Wellness membership since January 2020 and I have loved all Sally has to offer. I live overseas and during Covid Sally’s classes were a welcome refuge during uncertain times. As part of the membership I have been able to join live classes, access recorded classes and review her informative workshops. The membership has suited me due to it’s flexibility and variety of options. The classes live and recorded are varied and suit all levels and needs. Sally is a wonderful, caring and compassionate teacher who goes above and beyond teaching a set of moves. During her classes I feel a sense of belonging, relief and she makes me giggle just when I need it due to her lovely sense of humour. Sally listens to clients and offers what they need to meet individual goals and does it in a professional and supportive manner. I love the variety of content offered in her classes and Shake the Dust is a wonderful way to both connect with myself, listen to a fabulous music playlist and let go. My monthly membership includes access to a catalogue of 100+ on-demand classes that you can access whenever you want PLUS access to any online classes and circles I hold. You also get immediate access to all live class recordings and live classes are uploaded afterwards if you cannot attend live. 

Pre-recorded classes:

A catalogue of practices including meditations, yoga, posture tutorials, Shake the Dust, beginners’ yoga course and yoga nidra recordings, with a variety of length categorised into style and focus for ease.  

Live classes:

As a member you will receive an email on the 1st of every month with any live online classes or circles going ahead for that month with links to book.

Practice anytime, anywhere – whenever suits you, on whichever device is best for you. Total flexibility just for you.

Minimum 3-month sign up. Access to the online membership will be removed upon leaving.

Why Sally?

I am both a psychologist and yoga teacher, as well an as educator and coach. I help women to flourish and be in the best health. My focus is on how the mind, body and soul work together to help bring you back into balance.

 

I have used the practices I teach to make massive shifts in my own life. I have equipped myself with a toolkit of self-care so that I always have something to put into place on the days of stress and overwhelm. I want to share this with you, to help guide you, nurture you, support you and empower you to do the same.

 

My style caters for individuals who are ready to build their strength and mobility in a nurturing way and develop their understanding of yoga as so much more than a physical practice.

 

I combine my years of study and training in western psychology and the eastern spiritual approach of yoga to enhance your wellbeing, so that you can access them anytime you wish.
